What was your first muggle job? Sales associate in the lingerie section of a department store.
When and why did you start sex work? I started dancing at my local club when I was 18. I knew the money would be better than the retail and restaurant jobs I'd had and suspected it would be a lot more fun (which it was). What surprised me was that I also experienced less harassment than I did waiting tables, which was another perk.
Why are you involved with Sex Workers Outreach Project - Phoenix? Sex Workers are often one of the first to be harmed and the last to be helped in our society. So we have to help each other. I work with SWOP to advocate for the rights, needs, and respect of my peers in all forms of the oldest profession.
If you could be an animal, which animal would you be? I'm a feline through and through. My dream for my next life is to reincarnate as a therapy cat at a home for queer seniors.
