At SWOP Phoenix, we are dedicated to supporting and empowering the sex workers of Phoenix. Our mission is to provide essential resources, build community, and advocate for the rights and well-being of our members. To continue this vital work, we are seeking dedicated volunteers who share our values and commitment.

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Sex-Positive: Respect and support the choices and autonomy of sex workers.
• Kink-Positive: Embrace and affirm diverse expressions of sexuality and identity.
• LGBTQ & BIPOC Inclusive: Advocate for inclusivity and equity for all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or race.

By volunteering with SWOP Phoenix, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our community. Whether it's providing direct support to sex workers, helping to organize events, or contributing to our advocacy efforts, your time and skills can help create a safer and more inclusive environment for everyone.

• Requirements to be a volunteer
  1. Must be at least 18 years old
  2. Be able to dedicate at least 10 hours a month to SWOP Phoenix.
  3. Must keep organizational affairs private. Do not share information.
  4. Must be a current or former sex worker or ally of sex workers.
  5. Be able to attend meetings. Most meetings are virtual, but we do meet in person occasionally.
